iPad in One Hour for Litigators

Tom Mighell is a Senior Consultant with Contoural, Inc., where he helps companies develop information governance and litigation readiness programs, to better control company records and information. Prior to becoming a consultant, he practiced law for 18 years with a firm in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Mighell is the author of iPad in One Hour for Lawyers (ISBM: 978-1-62722-614-1),iPad in One Hour for Litigators (ISBN: 978-1-61438-682-7), iPad Apps in One Hour for Lawyers (ISBN: 978-1-61438-360-4) and the co-author (with Dennis Kennedy) of The Lawyer's Guide to Collaboration Tools and Technologies: Smart Ways to Work Together (ISBN: 978-1-59031-979-6), all published by the ABA's Law Practice Division. He is also the co-host of the The Kennedy-Mighell Report, a legal technology podcast at www.legaltalknetwork.com, and publishes a legal technology blog at Inter Alia (www.inter-alia.net). Tom served four years on the ABA TECHSHOW Planning Board, and as Chair of ABA TECHSHOW 2008. He served as Chair of the Law Practice Division from 2011-2012, and currently serves as the chair of the Law Practice Division's Publishing Board. Mr. Mighell received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.
