This book constitutes the refereed post-proceedings of the 10th IFIP WG 3.7 Conference on Information Technology in Educational Management, ITEM 2012, held in Bremen, Germany, in August 2012. Davor wissenschaftlicher Assistent an der Universität Bremen und Wissenschaftler am Fraunhofer Institut für System- und Innovationsforschung in Karlsruhe. Studium der Soziologie, Informatik und Rechtswissenschaft an der J.W.-Goethe-Universität in Frankfurt/Main und an der University of Southampton.
