A former internal medicine hospitalist he currently practices full time as a palliative medicine specialist for the Southern California Permanente Medical Group with Kaiser Permanente in Riverside, California.In 2012 he received an "Award for Excellence in Pain Management" from the Southern California Cancer Pain Initiative.Board certified in Palliative Medicine since 2008 he is actively involved in providing palliative care for hospitalized and clinic patients, expanding delivery of palliative services, and with student and resident teaching.
