Ray Dexter is an experienced IB teacher and is currently the Head of Chemistry at Haileybury College. He is an IB examiner and is a regular member of OSC's Spring Revision Course and Summer School teaching staff. Lucy Bindley received a first class honours degree in Chemistry at the University of York. She completed a PhD in Physical Chemistry at the University of Warwick in collaboration with Unilever. Her PhD was on 'Crystal Growth and Dissolution to the Nanoscale' and following this she spent time working for Unilever and Avecia in their analytical labs. Since then Lucy has been teaching IB for several years at Haileybury College.
