Follow personal trainer and influencer, Caroline Idiens six week programme designed to help you get Fit at 50. Full body strengthbased and high-intensity workouts, accompanied by 60 nutritionally balanced recipes and sample meal plans, will help you get stronger, fitter, and happier in just six weeks. The programme will also help you establish your fitness goals, progressively build to longer workouts, and continue your fitness for decades to come. Caroline Idiens is a woman on a mission. A mission to show you that midlife can be the BEST time in a woman’s life. She has already helped thousands of women transform their fitness, confidence, and mid(life), with her global online members programme Caroline Circuits, and with Fit at 50 she can help you do the same.
Caroline Idiens is a 51-year-old mum of two and personal trainer from Berkshire who has taken the world of online fitness by storm – or, more specifically, by dumbbells and strength training. Caroline spent her 20s thinking that exercise was a punishment, not a privilege. At 29-years-old, Caroline trained as a PT, and gone were the taxing hours of cardio, replaced instead by strength training and the positive effects it has. When lockdown hit, Caroline decided to share the benefits of women’s strength training and the Caroline’s Circuits community was born. Caroline’s Circuits is an international online members program that focuses on 30-minute strength workouts from the comfort of your own home and is supported by 1.9M followers on Instagram @carolinescircuits. Caroline and her community have been featured in Marie Claire, Women’s Fitness, Women’s Health, The Telegraph, The Sun, Goodhousekeeping, and many more.
