Jason Mann MD, PhD is an avid amateur naturalist. Starting with birds 35 years ago, his passion for the natural world has led him to identify more than 9,000 bird species in over 180 countries around the world, ranking in the top 10 of all time. His interests now span butterflies, mammals and reptiles, as well as birds. He has spent substantial time in Hong Kong over the last 30 years, and loves supporting others to enjoy and protect the substantial biodiversity of this special place, a true 'biobank' in a great city.
