He is a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner, Trainer and Consultant. Wells has had a passion for over 30 years in using NLP to help people overcome seemingly insurmountable problems. He has worked in teaching, ministry, drug and alcohol counseling, and organizational development and taught as adjunct faculty in the School of Social Work for the University of Louisville and also, Northern Kentucky University. Larry founded Future Life Now, LLC, where he has been seeing private clients for many years. He also offers online training and certification in NLP as a Practitioner or Master Practitioner.
