Britain’s first guide to Internet dating – the indispensable companion to finding love online.
The internet has revolutionised the way we conduct our love lives: helping overworked professionals find partners; bringing together silver-surfers; and opening doors for housebound single parents. There are over 800 UK internet dating sites with more than 3 million members - six out of ten British singletons are looking for love online.
But how do you start? Which are the good sites? Which take your money and offer nothing in return? How do you sell yourself in your profile? What are the rules for staying safe? What if you have a disability or want someone of a particular religion?
Full of humorous insights and stories from hundreds of internet daters, Love @ First Site shows you how and where to log on. It unravels dating ‘netiquette’, helps you master the art of e-flirting, shows how to win people over online and steers you away from the date from hell.
This is the essential guide to the brave new world of internet romance which will show you how to find the relationship you want.
