The second part deals with the choice of leadership approach in professional sport clubs as well as cultural and self-awareness for successful leadership. Finally, the third part illustrates the importance of performance and change management in National Olympic Committees and points out the challenges associated with change in National Olympic Committees and advises how to overcome them. Lastly, recommendations for managing performance within National Olympic Committees are given.
