Jenny Tschiesche (pronounced Teeshee) is the founder of LunchboxDoctor.com, which provides a whole range of resources, menu plans, recipes and nutrition advice. She has a Degree and Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from Bedfordshire University & Institute of Optimum Nutrition.
