Dinner with the Duttons is filled with 80 delicious recipes inspired by everyone’s favorite (and least favorite) Duttons. This cookbook is the ultimate must-have for fans and foodies alike, with delicious, stick-to-your-ribs comfort foods featuring some of the flavors of Montana and Texas and highlighted by the most memorable quotes, scenes, and food moments from the popular Paramount Network shows including: Rip’s romantic fry bread, John Dutton’s Salisbury steak (with a side of intimidation), and chili recipes for all sides of the ChiliGate debate. Other recipes include soups and stews, salads, main courses, and decadent down-home desserts. In addition to the food, the book will include a selection of cocktails and mocktails inspired by the show’s most memorable and jaw-dropping moments; clever hacks to transform store-bought itemsinto delicious Instagram-worthy food for your next watch party; and paired menus at the back of the book.

Dinner with the Duttons lets you take your fandom to the kitchen reliving your favorite hilarious, heartfelt, and heart-stopping moments from the popular Paramount Network show, Yellowstone, as well as Jimmy’s time in Texas, with some delicious recipes.

Rachel Riesgraf is the creator of modernfarmhouseeats.com, a popular food blog devoted to delicious cooking from scratch. She was raised on a small dairy farm in Minnesota that was passed down from her grandparents. Growing up on a farm, she learned how to create the best homestyle recipes using fresh, seasonal ingredients. She carries that same style of cooking and baking with her as she develops easy, from scratch, comfort food recipes for busy, modern cooks. In addition to her blog, she is a professional recipe developer and food photographer for clients including Country Sampler Magazine, Organic Valley, AdapTable Meals, and DaVinci Pasta. When she is not binge-watching Yellowstone, Allison Janse is a book editor by day. She has conceptualized, written, and edited many books/cookbooks, including Drunk, Divorced and Covered in CatHair, a knitting memoir by popular blogger Laurie Perry with knitting “recipes,” and Vegan Yum Yum by Lauren Ulm. She loves cookbooks; writing them, editing them, and collecting them. She is the coauthor of The Germ Freak’s Guide to Outwitting Colds and Flu (HCI Books, 2005), which was translated into Korean, Chinese, and Hebrew. Publishers Weekly called it “thorough and witty” and a “frequently funny tour.” Although it was a niche topic, the book garnered a ton of media interest: Janse appeared on 20/20, The Balancing Act, and the Tyra Banks Show. The book was featured or mentioned many national, regional, and online outlets, including Good Morning America, The Chicago Tribune, The Boston Herald,Huffington Post, msn.com, foxnews.com, DrWeil.com, and more.
