Mustard Lamb Loin Chops

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

4-ounces lamb loin chops

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

½ teaspoon olive oil

1 teaspoon dried tarragon

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions:

Preheat the Air fryer to 390 o F and grease an Air fryer basket. Mix the mustard, lemon juice, oil, tarragon, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Coat the chops generously with the mustard mixture and arrange in the Air fryer basket. Cook for about 15 minutes, flipping once in between and dish out to serve hot.

Pesto Coated Rack of Lamb

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

½ bunch fresh mint

1½-pounds rack of lamb

1 garlic clove

¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil

½ tablespoon honey

Salt and black pepper, to taste Directions:

Preheat the Air fryer to 200 o F and grease an Air fryer basket. Put the mint, garlic, oil, honey, salt, and black pepper in a blender and pulse until smooth to make pesto. Coat the rack of lamb with this pesto on both sides and arrange in the Air fryer basket.

Cook for about 15 minutes and cut the rack into individual chops to serve.

Spiced Lamb Steaks

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Servings: 3

Ingredients:

½ onion, roughly chopped

1½ pounds boneless lamb sirloin steaks

5 garlic cloves, peeled

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled

1 teaspoon garam masala

1 teaspoon ground fennel

½ teaspoon ground cumin

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions:

Preheat the Air fryer to 330 o F and grease an Air fryer basket. Put the onion, garlic, ginger, and spices in a blender and pulse until smooth. Coat the lamb steaks with this mixture on both sides and refrigerate to marinate for about 24 hours.

Arrange the lamb steaks in the Air fryer basket and cook for about 15 minutes, flipping once in between. Dish out the steaks on a platter and serve warm.

Leg of Lamb with Brussels Sprout

Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Cooking Time: 1 hour 30 minutes

Ingredients:

2¼ pounds leg of lamb

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon thyme

1½ pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed

3 tablespoons olive oil, divided

1 garlic clove, minced

Salt and ground black pepper, as required

2 tablespoons honey

Directions:

Preheat the Air fryer to 300 o F and grease an Air fryer basket. Make slits in the leg of lamb with a sharp knife. Mix 2 tablespoons of oil, herbs, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.

Cook for about 75 minutes and set the Air fryer to 390 o F. Coat the Brussels sprout evenly with the remaining oil and honey and arrange them in the Air fryer basket with a leg of lamb.

Cook for about 15 minutes and dish out to serve warm.

Honey Mustard Cheesy Meatballs

Ingredients:

2 onions, chopped

1 pound ground beef

4 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

2 tablespoons cheddar cheese, grated

2 teaspoons garlic paste

2 teaspoons honey

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 teaspoons mustard

Directions:

Preheat the Air fryer to 385 o F and grease an Air fryer basket. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Shape the mixture into equal-sized balls gently and arrange the meatballs in the Air fryer basket. Cook for about 15 minutes and dish out to serve warm.

Spicy Lamb Kebabs

Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

4 eggs, beaten

1 cup pistachios, chopped

1 pound ground lamb

4 tablespoons plain flour

4 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, chopped

2 teaspoons chili flakes

4 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 teaspoons cumin seeds

1 teaspoon fennel seeds

2 teaspoons dried mint 2 teaspoons salt

Olive oil

1 teaspoon coriander seeds

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

Preheat the Air fryer to 355 o F and grease an Air fryer basket. Mix lamb, pistachios, eggs, lemon juice, chili flakes, flour, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, mint, parsley, salt and black pepper in a large bowl.

Thread the lamb mixture onto metal skewers to form sausages and coat with olive oil. Place the skewers in the Air fryer basket and cook for about 8 minutes. Dish out on a platter and serve hot.

Lamb with Potatoes

Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

½ pound lamb meat

2 small potatoes, peeled and halved

½ small onion, peeled and halved

¼ cup frozen sweet potato fries

1 garlic clove, crushed

½ tablespoon dried rosemary, crushed

1 teaspoon olive oil

Directions:

Preheat the Air fryer to 355 o F and arrange

a divider in the Air fryer. Rub the lamb

evenly with garlic and rosemary and place on

one side of Air fryer divider. Cook for about

20 minutes and meanwhile, microwave the

potatoes for about 4 minutes. Dish out the

potatoes in a large bowl and stir in the olive

oil and onions.

Transfer into the Air fryer divider and

change the side of the lamb ramp. Cook for

about 15 minutes, flipping once in between

and dish out in a bowl.

Ingredients:

1 egg, beaten

6-ounce ground pork

¼ cup cornstarch

1 teaspoon oyster sauce

½ tablespoon light soy sauce

½ teaspoon sesame oil

¼ teaspoon five spice powder

½ tablespoon olive oil

¼ teaspoon brown sugar Directions:

Preheat the Air fryer to 390 o F and grease an Air fryer basket. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except cornstarch and oil until well combined. Shape the mixture into equalsized balls and place the cornstarch in a shallow dish. Roll the meatballs evenly into cornstarch mixture and arrange in the Air fryer basket. Cook for about 10 minutes and dish out to serve warm.

Italian Beef Meatballs

Ingredients:

2 large eggs

¼ cup Parmigiano Reggiano, grated

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 small garlic clove, chopped

1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Directions:

Preheat the Air fryer to 350 o F and grease an Air fryer basket. Mix beef with all other ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Make equal-sized balls from the mixture and arrange the balls in the Air fryer basket.

Cook for about 13 minutes and dish out to serve warm.

Beef and Veggie Spring Rolls

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 14 minutes

Ingredients:

2-ounce Asian rice noodles, soaked in warm water, drained and cut into small lengths 7-ounce ground beef

1 small onion, chopped

1 cup fresh mixed vegetables

1 packet spring roll skins

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions:

Preheat the Air fryer to 350 o F and grease an Air fryer basket. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the onion and garlic. Sauté it for about 5 minutes and stir in the beef. Cook for about 5 minutes and Cook for about 7 minutes and stir in the noodles. Place the spring rolls skin onto a smooth surface and put the filling mixture diagonally in it. Fold on both sides to seal properly and brush with oil. Arrange the rolls in batches in the Air fryer basket and cook for about 14 minutes, tossing in between. Cook for about 15 minutes, flipping once in between and dish out on a platter.
