Nicole Jafari, MBA, EdD, is a Faculty Member at California State University, where she teaches developmental psychology courses expanding prenatal to life span. Her research interest is life-span developmental challenges, parenting strategies, and the association between scientific and spiritual growth. She has published developmental textbooks, and research studies on child, family, and individual growth in various scientific and academic journals.Eileen Manoukian, MBA, EdD, is an International Parenting Coach and Early Childhood Educator in private practice and the founder and Director of Gem Educare, a childcare center/preschool in Los Angeles, California. Her research interests include the importance of emotional intelligence in young children, how early childhood educators support students’ school readiness, and improving social emotional skills in young children.Foojan Zeine, PsyD, LMFT is a Psychotherapist and the originator of Awareness Integration Educational and Psychological Theory and Intervention (AIT). She has authored and co-authored five books in multiple languages, including Life Reset: The Awareness Integration Path to Create the Life You Want (2017), and Awareness Integration Therapy (2021). She offers certification training programs to educate clinicians and coaches.
