"great, these routes have been tested by a knowledgeable runner and are all in safe bits of the city."

Born in South West London, Natasha Lodge has been running around London's parks and streets since she was ten years old. Twenty years on, nothing much has changed. She runs for Herne Hill Harriers, in the summer competing on the track in 1500m and in the winter, cross country. Having once run a race with no shoes after they both came off in the mud, she now employs gaffer tape to keep them on. Sundays are long run days with club mates, pounding the streets on numerous different run routes, many of which are in this box. Natasha is also a keen cyclist, regularly getting on trains to cycle in and around the UK's many cities. She studied Classics at Newcastle and Durham University and currently lives in West London.
