She has contacts in many European Governments, the UN and the European Commission, and is considered an expert on European Boating legislation. In February 2001, Marian became editor of a new internet magazine www.boatsyachtsmarinas.com. Within two years the site has reached a viewing figure of over half a million and has a nightly news section that many regard as essential reading.
