Resistance training techniques and programme development should benefit from the use of a new educational tool designed for strength and conditioning professionals and students. This CD-ROM incorporates text screens, video and audio to deliver practical content and superior instruction to fitness professionals. Users will be able to read about the exercises and watch how the exercise is performed so that they can understand the proper technique. The three-part tool allows users to understand and apply resistance-training techniques and to develop more tailored programmes to meet the needs of their clients.
