Showing how Tantra can add excitement and richness to sex and relationships, this book is beautifully designed with a hip, stylish look that includes 40 photos.
Teaching Tantric sex in a fashion that will appeal equally to women, men and couples, Tantra Between the Sheets takes a totally new and unique approach to this 5000 year old tradition. It doesn't concern itself with the deep philisophical background of Tantra; instead it focusses on making Tantric practices simple enough that anyone can learn them and use them to improve their relationship.
Tantra Between the Sheets explains what Tantra is (and isn't). It tells of the importance of energy flow through the body and tours the body's anatomy from a Tantric perspective. Along the way, exercises invite the read to learn by experience, including one exercise that shows how to use energy flow to experience an orgasm fully clothed and without genital stimulation.
Next the book shows how to discover the full sexual attractiveness of the opposite sex-regardless of age or appearance. It helps each gender better understand their own needs, develope their unique talents and share these with the opposite sex. Then it shows couples how to bring it all together so they can use their new talents to set the mood, raising the level of excitment and experiencing the most fulfilling sex ever.

Val Sampson is a journalist who writes for a variety of national UK newspapers and magazines including The Times and Good Housekeeping. She began writting about Tantra for a short article because she thought it sounded like a sexy, fun subject that would spice up dinner-party conversation and impress a few friends. But the more she learned about Tantra, the more impressed she was with its ability to transform poeple's sex life and personal relationships. She ended up spending a year researching the subject and interviewing dozens of people for this book.
