Prof. Jaime Ruiz-Tovar is a bariatric surgeon at Rey Juan Carlos University Hospital (Madrid, Spain) and Professor of Surgery at Universidad Alfonso X (Madrid, Spain) and Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (Madrid, Spain).
