It is impossible to keep living on this earth and not deal with crisis or challenges at one point or the other in our lives. Life is full of challenges and crisis but no matter the challenges or crisis you are dealing with, please do not give up. When you reach rock bottom or at the end of your rope, that is the time you should not give up because victory is just on the other side. A good example from the Bible is the story about Jairus. Jesus Christ was going to Jairus’ house to heal his daughter that was sick. Some people met Jairius on the way and told him to stop disturbing the master because his daughter was dead. Upon hearing the bad news, Jairus was devastated and about to cry. Jesus Christ looked at him and told him to believe. Jairus did not give up. He believed Jesus Christ, and because he believed, he saw the glory of God. When Jesus Christ got to his house, he resurrected his daughter back to life. My friends, do not give up on God. If you believe God, you will see the glory of God.
Abraham Lincoln did not give up during the Civil War. He won the election, he united the union and destroyed the institution of slavery that plagued American libertarian values. If you don’t give up, you will achieve greatness like Abraham Lincoln.
