Focusing on six key areas:

challenging behavior
emotions and tantrums

parenting well through separation and divorce

You'll learn all the do's and don'ts, and discover effective techniques for raising well-adjusted children.

Dr Hughes uses real-world examples and scenarios to delve deep into the emotional and behavioral development of children, including rooting out just why kids can't always behave well (hint: because their brains haven't finished developing yet).
