Caroline Griffiths is a qualified home economist, cook, writer, editor and stylist with a keen interest in nutrition, based in Melbourne, Australia. She is a passionate food expert with over twenty years of industry experience, having worked in Australia's best-known test kitchens including at the Australian Women's Weekly and Dairy Australia.
