Tareq Taylor is one of Sweden’s most renowned and prominent chefs. Of partly Palestinian origin, he is internationally known for his TV show Tareq Taylor's Nordic Cookery, which is broadcast in over one hundred countries. He has written several cookbooks, and his first was nominated for the 2011 Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. He lives in Malmö, Sweden.
