Rudy emulated his father and become a mechanic at his garage before eventually forming Citroen Concours of America in San Diego, California - a company devoted to all aspects of the Citroen automobile. He began publishing Citroen in the early 1990s, a technical/informational newsletter, and continues to be its chief contributor, editor and publisher to this day.
