It includes:Early, failed attempts to build a trans mountain railroad tunnel west of Denver.The 1921 Pueblo Flood; political tradeoffs to fund the rebuilding of that city and build a tunnel.Problems encountered in financing and building the tunnel.Financial schemes which abounded in the 1920's.
