The basic tassel-making technique couldn't be easier and is explained at the beginning of the book, and all the projects have easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions. No previous crafting experience is necessary. The materials used are widely available, and most can be sourced from scraps and left-over fabric, yarn and threads.
Carolyn Schulz is a freelance craft designer, teacher and businesswoman. Her designs are widely used by magazines, retailers, manufacturers and television in both the UK and US. Over the last twenty years Carolyn has focused her attention on jewellery design and has written a number of books on the subject, including Jewelry School: Let's Start Beading and Jewelry School: Bead Stringing.
