Hall Sawyer is a biologist and project manager with Western Ecosystems Technology, Inc., in Laramie, Wyoming. Alethea Y. Steingisser is a cartographic project manager at the University of Oregon. William J. Rudd is cofounder of the Wyoming Migration Initiative in Jackson, Wyoming. Emilene Ostlind editor and communications coordinator at the University of Wyoming, Laramie.
