You Need God

If you’re truly tired of being stagnant and really want to flow as a river you were made to be from the beginning of creation, you will go back to your source. God is the originator of your destiny. He is the only one who can reveal it to you and if you will be successful He’s still the one who will make it happen, so there’s nothing you can do without Him. 'God knows what you will need in the future, you don't. He prepared Noah a hundred years in advance of the flood. He prepared Joseph to feed Egypt seven years in advance of the famine. Without God's guidance the best you'll ever have are estimates, educated guesswork and projections... When God orders it, He pays for it... Unless you start right, you won't finish right.'-Bob Gass. If you order your life, you'll pay for it.

If it’s just hard work that makes one successful, Adam would have been successful as a farmer. It’s not how good or hardworking you are, but God in what you do that matters. He’s the only one who can make sense out of your nonsense, because His foolishness is wiser than your wisdom and His weakness is stronger than your strength (1Cor.1:25). ‘Trust in the LORD with all thine heart: and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thy own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil’ (Prov.3:5-7). ‘Let the wicked forsake his ways, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and HE will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for HE will abundantly pardon. For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD’ (Isa.55:7-8).

People who have God don’t workout themselves like an elephant and eat like an ant. God is all you need to have all your needs met. It takes only God to bring out honey from the rock, and if you want to keep flowing you need to remain in contact with Him. Prov.21:16 says, 'The man that wandereth out of the way of understanding shall remain in the congregation of the dead.' A river that forgets its source will dry up. As God respect His word than His name, so He cherished His relationship with you than what He can do for you. Get the support of God, when He supports you, He does it with everything and in every way. Every creature will start working towards the achievement of your purpose on earth.

Right from the day the devil made man fell at the Garden of Eden; he successfully drew all men away from God and destroyed the plan of God for their lives. From the day the devil took over, he dictates the affairs of man and abused his use, by making him live a life contrary to that of God. From a gardener, he made Adam a farmer. He craftily changed his destiny, not because he had a better plan, but to destroy the good works of God. His mission still remains the same, to steal, to kill and to destroy. Make God your friend, because no one inspires his or her enemy to succeed.

The best God ever had was His Son Jesus and He gave Him unto us to pay the debt of our fall, which has placed us under the bondage of sin, eternal death and the devil, thereby disconnecting us from Him. ‘Wherefore as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned. THEREFORE being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ’ (Rom. 5:12). When you're not a citizen of a country and you get married to one of their citizen, you automatically become their citizen. That's what happens when you become the bride of Christ. That's why the Christians are called the bride of the Lamb Jesus and it's the same reason the Bible says you use only heavenly body to purify an heavenly body. That heavenly body was the body Adam, Jesus had to come and restore it unto us so we can make heaven and return back to God. For ye are bought with a price...’ (1Cor.6:20). ‘In Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive (15:22).

If you say you have relationship with God without Christ you're deceiving yourself, because since the fall of Adam the door to God has been shut against us all and you need the Key to get it opened. Do you have the Key? It is this Key that David used to have access to God and God called him a man after my heart. That's why they call Him the Key of David. This Key has been before David was and that's why He is called the Root of David. He is Jesus! The only way given to men by God to reach Him.

In John 8:34-36, Jesus Himself said, “Whosoever committed sin is a servant of sin”. He also said, “The servant abideth not in the house forever”. In other words, for you to abide forever in the kingdom of God, you must be the son He had made you from the beginning before the devil made you a servant. And that’s what Jesus came and restored unto us, being God’s only Son. He concluded His speech by saying, “If the Son there shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed”. Only the Son can exercise the authority of the Father upon the servant. Only the son can punish or set the servant free just as the father. Only Jesus has the power to set man free, because He had paid the price, for God is a righteous judge. '...Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: but, he that aknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also'. There’s no other name given on earth through which man can be saved. And if He set you free, you’re free indeed (Luke5:20-24).

You don’t do good works to be saved. Your good works supposed to be an expression of love and appreciation to the One who had already saved us. Though the devil stole us and made us servants, Jesus showed us the way out of his captivity. He killed us spiritually after eating the forbidding fruit at Eden; Jesus gave us life through His resurrection. The devil wanted us to be destroyed forever in hell, but unfortunately for him we have been bought with a price. Jesus paid the price and remitted our sins with His blood. For a better understanding, watch out for my book ‘The New Covenant Passover Misnamed Easter’. Jesus came to reconnect us back to God and He paid the price. As someone rightly said, ‘service that cost you noting is worth noting’. 'David said, ‘Nay, I will surely buy it of thee at a price: neither will I offer burnt offerings unto the LORD my God of that which doth cost me nothing.' (2Sam.24:24).

There is nothing and I mean absolutely nothing greater than reconnecting or giving your heart back to God through His Son. Accepting Jesus is the best gift you can ever give to God. By that, you’re telling Him His effort to save you from destruction was not in vain. You’re not doing only Him a favor, but also yourself, because you’ll no longer be servant, but an heir, a joint heir with Christ. It will cost you something. It will cost you that thing that has become part of you, that thing that has taken the place of God in your life. Anything that has taken the place of God in your life is an idol. It will cost you that thing you can’t do without. Somebody said, ‘part of getting to know God is learning the truth about yourself’. What is that thing the devil is using to take the glory of God in your life? What is that sin you enjoy committing? As someone rightly said, ‘In God’s eyes the only thing that’s worse than sin is your unwillingness to own up to it’. Be open to God and let Him do His work. When you see the circumcision blade coming don't run away but bear it, surely you will not die but live. After all surgical operation is better than slaughtering. ‘Others may know what you’ve done, but Jesus knows what you can become’-Bob Gass. The only step you will take no matter the cost and will definitely make sense at the end of the day is to surrender to God.

The person that says he or she is neither for Jesus nor the devil and has never committed any sin is not different from the one who has been committing sin. There is no sitting on the fence. If you’re not for Christ, you’re automatically for the devil. We all became sinners from Adam by nature. Jesus said, “He that is not with me is against me...” (Matt 12:30). You can either be an instrument in the hand of God or the devil, you decide!

Christianity is simply the life of Christ. In an elaborate form, it is the medium through which God used in reaching the fallen man, by sending His Own Son. While religion is the way carved out by men to reach God in vain. Someone said, ‘when God wants to do something wonderful through you, He has to get you from where you are to where He is’. Watch out for my book ‘Is Christianity a Religion?’

A man of God said, 'The soul belongs to the spirit and not the body. Therefore, when a man of God dies, his spirit will retain his soul or personality. That is, your spirit will retain your intellect and emotions.' Ignore your spirit (the real you) in the hands of the devil and continue with him in hell. Or revive your dead spirit through faith in the resurrection of Christ and receive grace to live forever in heaven with God. Ecc.12:7 says, 'then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.' ‘For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not works, lest any man should boast’ (Eph.2:8-9). My upcoming book ‘The New Covenant Passover misnamed Easter has more. After death is judgment. ‘The End of Time’ is another book you should check out for. No one will be able to save you...
