Sinéad Delahunty’s farming background in Fethard, Co. Tipperary, inspired her passion for fresh ingredients. A Chartered Physiotherapist with the HSE in Dublin, she has played Gaelic football for Tipperary and her Dublin club, Foxrock-Cabinteely. After the football field and the hospital, the kitchen is where you will find her, creating exciting dishes for her food blog Delalicious.com, which represented Ireland at the 2015 Cono Sur Food Bloggers Final in Paris and was named a Top 5 Irish Food Blog at the Irish Blog Awards 2016. She spent 2017 on a career break, backpacking across the globe, experiencing different cultures and cuisines.
