Love Your Leftovers will also feature chapters on kitchen and pantry basics and Meal Planning 101, as well as a helpful index of vegetarian and thirty-minute meals.

Nick Evans has been writing about cooking for the last five years through his cooking blog, Macheesmo.com. He is a featured writer for tablespoon.com and does recipe development for food companies like Muir Glen and Cascadian Farms. His Macheesmo recipes have been featured on a variety of sites, including Serious Eats, The Huffington Post, and America’s Test Kitchen. He appeared on the NBC show Food Fighters, where his skills as a home cook were tested against a professional chef. Nick graduated from Yale University with a degree in philosophy and lives in Colorado with his wife and official taste-tester, Betsy, their dog, Porter, and their cat, Tipsy.
