Eva Kosmas Flores is a recipe developer, photographer, stylist, and founder of the blog Adventures in Cooking, which started in 2009. She has been nominated by Saveur's Best Food Blog Awards for Best Original Recipes, and has been featured in Yahoo Food, West Elm's Front + Main, Crate & Barrel, Design Sponge, Refinery29, Buzzfeed, The Huffington Post, Glamour, Bon Appétit, The Kitchn, and more. Flores received formal training as a baker with King Arthur Flour and hosts travel-based photography workshops around the globe through her company, First We Eat. Her podcast of the same name informs on a spectrum of food topics and she hosts quarterly seasonal pop-up dinners in her hometown of Portland, Oregon.
