The designs allow you to try your hand at improvisational piecing, including a unique quilt- as-you-go design that employs circles rather than the traditional blocks. Price also includes an explanation of each quilt's interpretation, ideas on how to change it, and special finishing techniques.

Trisch Price started quilting in the 1990s when she was working as a software engineer. She's a member of the Kansas City Modern Quilt Guild and the Blue Valley Quilters Guild. She speaks to guilds and teaches workshops. hadleystreetquilts.com
