A graduate from the School of Business at the University of Illinois, Alison received her Pilates certification in 2009 and has a culinary arts degree from Kendall College in Chicago. A vegetarian for almost 20 years, Alison also specializes in restricted dietary approaches including vegan, vegetarian, diabetic, Paleo, low-carb, sugar-free and gluten-free.
