Midlands and Northern Rhodesian Ridgeback Club

The Midlands and Northern Rhodesian Ridgeback Club was founded in 1964 and is proud of the fact that it was the first Rhodesian Ridgeback Club to be awarded Championship status in the U.K. This illustrated book is essentially a breed book for the Ridgeback enthusiast giving bloodlines back to the first Rhodesian Ridgebacks to be awarded Challenge Certificates at the West of England Ladies' Kennel Society in 1954. Approximately 350 dogs and bitches are listed and illustrated. Each animal is shown with its pedigree, ownership and breeder. The entries are grouped by sixteen geographical areas (country or continent). There is a full list of Great Britain Kennel Club Champions from 1954 to 1999 and an index.
