In this work, Jesper Parnevik, one of the PGA Tour's top stars, presents the golf-specific workout he uses to improve strength and flexibility and maintain his swing week after week. The programme was designed by sports physical therapists Jessica Parnevik and David Tomsich, who also appear in the video explaining what the exercises do and how to execute them correctly. This "Golf Workout" is low-impact, designed to be performed in 20 minutes and can be customized to specific fitness levels and desired areas of improvement.

HOST Jessica Parnevik is a licensed physical therapist in both the United States and Sweden. She has unique personal experience helping her brother Jesper, PGA golfers, and other athletes at all levels overcome injuries and increase their capacity to perform. She and David Tomsich are the cofounders of Unlimited Performance, Inc. David Tomsich is a licensed physical therapist based at one of the leading athletic medical centers in the United States. He is also a clinical instructor and possesses years of experience rehabilitating and training athletes in all types of sports. FEATURED STAR Since turning pro in 1986, Jesper Parnevik has won five PGA Tour victories, including his most recent win at the 2001 Honda Classic. Internationally, Parnevik has won nine tournaments in his career, including the 1988 Odense Open, Ramlosa Open, Open Passing Shot, 1990 Swedish Open, 1993 Scottish Open, 1995 Scandinavian Masters, 1996 Trophee Lancome, 1997 Johnnie Walker Super Tour, and 1998 Scandinavian Masters. Parnevik has also been a member of the national teams of the Dunhill Cup (1993, 1994, 1995, 1997), the World Cup (1994, 1995), and the Ryder Cup European team (1997, 1999). A native of Stockholm, Sweden, Parnevik resides in Jupiter, Florida.
