Ihre beeindruckenden Erlebnisse hat sie bereits in ihrem Buch „Rettung der korfiotischen Esel“ zusammengefasst. Jetzt hat sie sich mit dem Kinderbuch, Esi und Asi auf dem Weg zu Judys Eselhof, einen Traum erfüllt. Alle Bilder wurden von ihr selbst per Hand gezeichnet.
