It also assists those who are trying to achieve certification as equipment managers at the college and professional level where new requirements of a degree and written examination has recently been enacted by the National Equipment Managers Association.

Scott Street is the Director of Athletics at the University of Texas Pan American. Prior to that, he served as the Senior Associate Athletic Director at the University of Texas-San Antonio. In addition to his MBA from Wake Forest University, Mr. Street has an M.S. from Mankato State University and a B.G.S. from the University of Iowa. He is a Certified Athletic Trainer and was Associate Head Athletic Trainer at Wake Forest University and an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Marshall University where he was recently inducted into the Marshall University Sports Medicine Hall of Fame. Debra Runkle is Assistant Professor and Co-Head Athletic Trainer at Mankato State University. She received her M.A. from Mankato State University and her B.S. from South Dakota State University. She is a Certified Athletic Trainer and has also taught numerous courses in athletic training. She has served as a Medical Staff Member for the USA Team at the 1998 World Youth Games and the 1996 and 1992 Paralympic Games.
