Spezialisierung in der Judikative

Das Buch «Spezialisierung in der Judikative» basiert auf der Schwerpunktausgabe 2013/2 von «Justice -
Justiz - Giustizia» zum Thema und enthält die dazu dort publizierten Beiträge. Ergänzend wurde der bereits
in einer früheren Ausgabe von «Justice - Justiz – Giustizia» publizierte Beitrag «Organisationsstrukturen
eines Gerichts; Überlegungen zur Aufbauorganisation, beispielhaft dargestellt anhand des Aufbaus des
Bundesverwaltungsgerichts» aufgenommen sowie eine Glosse an Stelle einer Zusammenfassung.
Unmittelbarer Anlass für die Schwerpunktausgabe war der Umstand, dass sich sowohl der Consultative
Council of European Judges (CCJE) wie auch die 1. Studienkommission der International Association of
Judges IAJ-UIM letztes Jahr mit dem Thema beschäftigt haben. Erstere in ihrer neuesten Opinion n°15,
letztere anlässlich des Jahreskongresses 2012 der IAJ.
Die Beiträge sind mehrheitlich in deutscher Sprache verfasst, vier auf Französisch und zwei auf Englisch.

L'ouvrage «Spécialisation dans le domaine judiciaire» est basé sur l'édition spéciale 2013/2 de « Justice -
Justiz - Giustizia » relative à ce sujet et contient les contributions qui y ont été publiées. Par ailleurs, il
contient également un article précédemment publiée dans « Justice - Justiz - Giustizia », intitulée « Organisationsstrukturen
eines Gerichts; Überlegungen zur Aufbauorganisation, beispielhaft dargestellt anhand
des Aufbaus des Bundesverwaltungsgerichts » ainsi qu'une satire en lieu et place d'un résumé.
La raison principale de cette édition spéciale est que tant le Conseil consultatif de juges européens (CCJE)
que la 1ère commission d’étude de l’Union Internationale des Magistrats (UIM) se sont penchés sur ce thème
l’année dernière. La première dans sa dernière Opinion no 15 et la seconde lors du congrès annuel 2012 de
l’UIM.
La plupart des contributions sont en allemand, quatre en français et deux en anglais.

The main reason for this special issue is that both the Consultative Council of European Judges (CCJE) and
the 1st study commission of the International Association of Judges (IAJ) focused on this topic last year. The
former in its latest Opinion n° 15, the latter at the annual congress 2012 of the IAJ.
