Sally's work has appeared in nearly 20 national magazines, including Parents, Prevention, Family Circle, Fitness, and Health. She has also been published on The Huffington Post and is the co-author of Prevention magazine's The Flat Belly Diet! Family Cookbook. She writes the popular blog Real Mom Nutrition.
