Katherine Lapworth worked at the BBC for six years as a Producer and Director in both radio and television before launching her own copywriting business. She is also a founder member of Maverick Media the sister company to Maverick Television, established to exploit all the print and video opportunities arising from Maverick's broadcast work. Alex Fraser worked for the BBC for ten years as a Producer, Director and as a Commissioning Editor. She joined Maverick Television to produce the first series of Trade Secrets and is now a director of the company where she produces documentaries and factual television for all the main broadcasters.
