This DVD is developed from the Restored Lives course that Erik Castenskiold runs at Holy Trinity Brompton, London. It contains the presentations from Erik and others during the six main sessions (each lasting approximately 65 minutes), plus an introductory training session and several moving personal stories. The DVD is designed to be used by groups in conjunction with the main book and workbook (details below). Restored Lives will help you to recover from the experience of divorce or relationship breakdown and rebuild your self-confidence. The DVD outlines the journey of breakdown and recovery, offering tools and skills you can use to restore a fulfilled and happy life. It provides practical examples and methods for communicating well with your ex, handling conflict, and parenting together, as well as how to deal with legal issues. Erik shows how it's possible to let go of past pain and build strong relationships across your life.
