Wouldn't it be great if there were Twelve Steps for people who weren't addicts or alcoholics, who just wanted a simple way to live a better life? Well there are. Michael Dinneen LCSW, CACIII, has written The Gift of Fulfillment for anyone committed to living a radically improved life, based on spiritual principles and easy-to-follow directions.
For anyone who's ever wondered where they were when life's instructions were being handed out, this book is Life 101. The Gift of Fulfillment is eminently practical and action-oriented, not esoteric. Living a life of peace and purpose is possible when one's focus is on giving, not getting. Inherently spiritual as well as practical. Don't need to be in recovery to benefit.

Michael Dineen, LCSW, CACIII, is program manager for the University of Colorado’s Hospital Center for Rehabilitation, Addiction, and Dependency (CeDAR). He earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Boston College in 1990 and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Denver in 1995. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Certified Addiction Counselor State of Colorado, supervisor level (CACIII). Dinneen has a certificate in Spiritual Direction through the Vincentian Spirituality Institute, and is a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist (CSAT). He has been in recovery for twenty years and resides in Colorado. Michael Dineen lives in Denver, CO, United States.
