The objective of Traditional Chinese Medicine is to restore harmony to the body, mind and spirit by balancing the Yin and the Yang and by regulating the Qi - the vital energy - that flows through out bodies along fourteen meridians. Chinese doctors believe that it is possible to improve the Qi, enhance the body's immunity and increase energy levels and longevity.
