In an effort to make a difference that will last an eternity in the lives of grandmothers, their children, and grandchildren, Lisa Whelchel, author, Grammy nominated songwriter, pastor’s wife, and mom of three, teams up with her mother to craft a simple guide to help even the busiest of grandmas develop a simple and stable prayer schedule.

Probably more than anyone, grandmas know the value of investing time and love in the lives of their children and grandchildren. Sometimes, though, even a grandma’s busy schedule can get in the way of what her heart wants to do.

Determined to find a way for grandmas to have it all, Lisa Whelchel and her mother, the grandmother of her children, teamed up to create a guided prayer journal for the busy grandma, including a simple plan that takes only ten minutes a day for twenty days a month. Before they know it, grandmas will have said 120 power-filled prayers that will impact the lives of their children and grandchildren for years to come.

Lisa Whelchel, best known for her long standing role as "Blair" in the television series, The Facts of Life, is a wife and a home schooling mother of three children. She has appeared in several feature films and is an author, vocalist, Grammy nominated songwriter, and an inspirational speaker at churches and conferences nationwide. Philis Boultinghouse is the author of the best-selling Hugs for Sisters and several other books. She has served as managing editor for Howard Publishing since 1991. As a speaker to women's groups, Boultinghouse brings her understanding of the needs of women to her insightful writing. Married for thirty-two years, she is the mother of two grown children, Jason and Crystal.
