Gilles Pudlowski is a food and literature critic for Le Point. Each year he publishes his guides Pudlo Paris and Pudlo France. He is the author of Great Women Chefs of Europe (Flammarion, 2005). Maurice Rougemont’s photographs have appeared in Great Women Chefs of Europe and he regularly contributes to lifestyle magazines.
