Brigadier (Retired) Naeem Ahmad Salik is currently a Visiting Scholar at the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), Johns Hopkins University at Washington, DC. Prior to joining SAIS he was a guest scholar at the Brookings Institution at Washington, DC from January 2006 to April 2007. He has also been a Visiting Fellow at the Henry L. Stimson Center at Washington, DC (1995) and Center for International Security and Cooperation (CISAC) at Stanford University (2004). He holds an M.Sc. in International Politics and Strategic Studies from the University of Wales, UK, an M.A. in History from the Punjab University and a B.Sc. Honors in War Studies from the Balochistan University.
