Dave and Val Richards specialize in photographic and ornithological safaris. Dave has guided safaris in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia, Madagascar and South Africa. He has also written articles for many magazines, including Birds & Birding and East Africa Wildlife Society's monthly magazine Swara, and is the author and photographer of Birds of Kenya: A Celebration, and the author and main photographer of The Photographic Guide to the Birds of East Africa.
