Yale Richmond, a former U.S. Foreign Service Officer, worked on U.S. Soviet exchanges for more that 20 years, including a tour of duty as Counsellor for Press and Culture and the American Embassy in Moscow. Richmond writes in a style that is objective, clear and balanced.
