Southland

This 32-page regional pictorial takes the country's most southern city, Invercargill, as its start point, and visits the remote coastal regions and rugged farming settlements that characterise Southland. Points farther north - the fringes of the wild Catlins, the peaks and troughs of Fiordland - are also included. The overwhelming picture is of nature triumphant, human in abeyance.
