Bonnie Walker has been a food and wine writer and freelance editor in San Antonio for more than 17 years. He moved to San Antonio in 1999 from Sarasota, Fla., to become dining editor for the San Antonio Express-News. He is the co-founder of food blog SavorSA, a former editor of San Antonio Taste magazine and contributor to Destinations, a local guide on food, events and travel in the San Antonio area.
