He is also the author of Cheshire and Burn's Modern Law of Real Property and Maudsley and Burn's Trusts and Trustees Cases and Materials. John Cartwright is a Solicitor, Student and Tutor in Law at Christ Church, Oxford, Professor of the Law of Contract at the University of Oxford, and Professor of Anglo-American Private Law at the University of Leiden. He is also the author of Cheshire and Burn's Modern Law of Real Property.
